In Touch 3 2021. Made by soaking grape skins in fermenting cider for three weeks. The skins are strained off and the cider allowed to referment and then mature for six months, before being blended with naturally sweet new season keeved cider.
A gentle spritz lifts elderflower, orange peel, honey & apricot out of the glass. A silky texture at first from the keeved cider, then fresh orange, apple flesh & a touch of red berries. Tannins from the grapes & cider apples combine for a lasting, grippy finish.
