Live stand-up comedy and a serious selection of beers, that's no joke!
MC - ROB MULHOLLAND
A bit about our guests:
In 2021 Scott recorded his debut for Live at the Apollo on BBC1. You will have heard him as a regular guest on BBC Radio 4’s The News Quiz, The Now Show, The Likely Dads and Elephant in the Room with Sarah Millican. He also appeared on The Summer Festival with Daliso Chaponda, The Comedy Club with Arthur Smith, and Knock Knock with Helen Lederer. In 2018, he featured on the BBC One show, Live from The Edinburgh Fringe, and in 2022 he was nominated as Best Club Comedian in the Chortle awards.
Dom is living in Manchester, his comedy is dry and authentic. Talking about his dysfunctional family and all areas of his life in a dry, sarcastic but hilarious way. Dom has more than 10 million views online for his comedy videos.
Jules was shortlisted for Funny Women 2021, and performs at venues and festivals around the country, telling anyone who will listen about ageing disgracefully, body hang-ups, parenting, and dating. She is TalkTalk’s official voice – chosen by none other than the legend Bernard Cribbins – and her silly writings feature frequently in magazines including Prima and MamaLife. This former teacher’s relaxed and chatty style, crowd interaction and warmth, all served with a sardonic wit, make her a natural crowd pleaser.
One of the fastest rising comics in the North, Rob is a very odd man who is much less creepy than he looks. He is very tall and very funny. He once made a lady wee herself during a set and a bit of it went in her shoe. His jokes are rapid-fire, his jeans are too tight and his jackets were once owned by dead men. He tells jokes about the similarities between penises and olives, homeless adult babies and internet drug deals.
