One Year Out was brewed in early November 2021. It was early days at Baron, and things were moving very slowly. We’d just started selling the first few batches of cans and realised the difficulty of sales. We were so keen to be brewing but were trying to be sensible and keep stock to a minimum, so decided to brew a barley wine that could be aged in casks. After a year of maturation, they were bottled, wax dipped, and left to bottle condition. 300 bottles total. We don’t have anything else in the pipeline quite like this.
