This IPA made with Japanese matcha tea brings together its four contradicting profiles, smooth, bitter, sweet and herbaceous. A vibrant harmony of umami, fragrance and flavour has been created to complement and enhance matcha's flavours by mashing with German noble hops and dry hopping with Idaho 7, Talus and Citra.
Matcha will naturally drop out of suspension from the beer. Stir, flip and open the can to enjoy the full flavour.
