When Boxcar popped over and wanted to collab we were all sat down drinking and the idea burst into our heads about how we could make a beer more tropical. Well....... what is more tropical than adding 120g/l of Alphonso Mango Puree and seeing what will happen? What did happen was we ended up with the most Solero Ice Cream/Mango Rubicon session banger but leading to that slight bitter hop finish to remind you that you are drinking a beer and also making you think.... yes I must have another.
