An experimental, Barrel Aged Dark Sour. Trium Nativitas uses a strong dark base beer subsequently aged in Venezuelan rum, Heaven Hill & cognac barrels. We then infused this with three ingredients that, for us, encompass Christmas.
This liquid festive fruit tart spotlights cranberry & redcurrant and is supported by a light spiciness from the cinnamon. Hints of spirited oak add a complexity to this beer that we’ve never experienced; it is totally unique.
