The old-world style Rotbier is Utopians homage to the Franconian Amber lagers brewed since the 1500’s. Using a traditional double decoction mash to develop rich, bready malt flavours, the beer is beautifully balanced by a generous hopping with traditional British Fuggles hops. A deep Amber colour with a soft gentle pallet makes this a beer to be savoured.
