New Zealand IPA Collab with Dark Element.
We decided on a big juicy New Zealand IPA brewed with some lovely Motueka & Nelson Sauvin from our pals NZ Hops and Mac Hops, and new to us Peacherine from Freestyle Hops. We were also lucky to trial an experimental yeast from White Labs, Lallemand, & Escarpment Labs, EXP 666, aimed at getting into all those bound thiols.
Expect huge tropical notes, white grape, zesty lime, and juicy peach rings
