When local Ancoats coffee shop Artista Perfetto got in touch to create a collaboration beer for their 13th Birthday, we were very excited to oblige. Artista Perfetto chose Manchester, particularly a neighbourhood close to the brewery, for their first venture into a venue in the West. So this beer is a collaboration that will be enjoyed both near and far. We wanted to make a coffee infused Peach iced tea, but in beer form. Step up some fresh Peach and then Cascara fruit to add that coffee note. It maintains that classic Cloudwater soft body with a herbal finish and a touch of brightness from the peach.
