A wheat and oat focused base was layered with hand selected Mosaic in both the mash tun and whirlpool bringing delicious floral, tropical fruit and cassis. We then deployed Citra and Nelson cold side adding passionfruit, white wine and guava. Nelson Sub Zero Hop Kief was brought to the party to really accentuate the top notes.
