A slightly less thick and hazy pale ale created from a blend of Golden Promise, Biscuit and Chit malts which layered a creamy yet crisp base. We then utilised simcoe hops on the hot side adding their classic pine and earthiness to the mix. Finished with Citra and Loral hops cold side bringing a citrus, floral and slightly peppery finish.
