It feels as though warmer weather is in the post, and with that comes the advent of festival season coming around once again. We’ve always got a huge amount of nostalgia for the big stupid festival beers we love so much here at Polly’s, and we’re going in on that nostalgia factor with all guns blazing on Praise Chorus. Amplifying the dry-hop charge on this beer to DIPA levels, this DDH IPA is absolutely loaded to the nines with twice the levels of El Dorado and Enigma as one of our regular IPAs. A full on showcase of those bright, punchy El Dorado flavour notes we love so much, big notes of mango, pear and jelly tots in abundance, before raspberry, cantaloupe and redcurrants sneak in on the back to finish.
