Description
Experimentation is undoubtedly our favourite thing about working in modern beer, and if nothing else, our head brewer Joe loves to experiment with his recipes. Most recent on his radar has been working with both T90 versions of hop varieties and pairing them with their Cryo versions to multi-layer those flavour compounds and create a much more complex and interesting drinking experience.
Utilising an in-house favourite in Talus, we’ve doubled up this hop in two separate versions before accentuating with an Aussie classic Vic Secret, alongside cornerstone hop Simcoe to create an IPA that is an experience from the first sip to the last gulp – a cascading dance of intense pink grapefruit and citrus zest, with underlying passionfruit and berry notes, before a whisper of sage, dried roses and pine for complexity.
