Description
This Aardbei has shortly macerated in a stainless steel tank and then matured on a foeder for another two months. We used strawberries from Ferme Framboos that were hand-picked in the summer of 2020. We used a single young lambik, and we did not blend with any other lambik afterwards. The final fruit intensity amounts up to 623 grams of strawberries per litre of Aardbei.
