Péché Mortel Bourbon is a 9.5% stout that incorporates coffee during brewing. The result is an intense beer with pronounced roasted aromas that blend with the powerful coffee flavour.
Once fermentation is complete, it is aged for several months in oak barrels that previously contained bourbon, giving it aromas of vanilla and wood, complemented by bourbon flavours.
