With a hand from our cheesy friends at the Crafty Cheese Man we’ve brewed what we believe to be the best cheese pairing beer around again! We took a decadent imperial stout made with muscovado sugar to give a thick, rich body & colour and popped it into Burgundy barrels for 6 months resulting in a blend of rich red wine notes, molasses & rich chocolate making this the perfect accompaniment to a lump of cheese gromit. Pairs well with wonderful cheese of course.
