Description
Necrølith is our imperial sourdough bread stout brewed in collaboration with Easy Tiger: Austin Beer Garden and Bakery.
Easy Tiger baked up about 500 pounds of their sourdough bread which we then added straight to the mash of a massive imperial stout brewed with a base of Crisp Maris Otter and our favorite UK caramel and chocolate malts from Simpsons.
The sourdough adds an earthy, bready, toasty layer to this deadly monster of a stout.
