Connecting Anything employs the tried and tested Polly’s two-hop showcase formula and is working overtime on this pale ale – a showcase of the classic Citra, alongside a flourish from New Zealand in Rakau. Biiiiig delightful fruit forward notes of fresh orchard fruits, figs, apricots and passionfruit make way for punchy fresh cut lime and lemon notes to give this incredible pale ale a balance that only a Polly’s beer can have.
