Sinnister Brew Sinister Rouge
Description
This Red Rye Stock Ale is made with loads of rye and barley and some crystal malts for a touch of colour. Aged on virgin oak.
The Stock Ale is ready to be drunk now. Maybe with a mate, (or maybe not. I'm not the boss of you).
Expect some strawberry notes, some vanilla from the wood & lots of booze, this will change as it ages and possibly end up similar to a barley wine. Originally brewed to boost the abv of a weak beer, so give blending a try with your favourite ale, or drink as is. (which is what I’d do)
