A single variety Dabinett pressed in Autumn 2022, our first cider making season. High tannin juice from bittersweet apples from Monmouthshire. Fully fermented and barrel aged in ex-Welsh Whisky barrels for 24 months before a further 12 months maturation in bottle.
Unfiltered, unfined, vegan friendly.
