ONE of our first ever spice mixes, sweet tasty BBQ blend with notes of smokey bacon & black pepper.
I use beet powder & non-heat treated oak smoked paprika to make the ribs glow super pink.
Just trim, slap the rub all over before massaging into those fat ribs. Cling wrap & chill for at least 2 hours (ideally overnight) before smoking, searing, offset BBQ'ing, oven cooking. Make it yours.
