One of my all time favourite sauces! Sweet, tangy and super rich!
My take on a korean style sauce! I use amazing korean chilli, with the smoothest gochujang. Delicious aromatic garlic and ginger with roasted black sesame.
My favourite thing is to use it as a marinade, glaze and baste for the grill. Marinade chicken or pork belly before grilling and basting.
Also rocks as a stir fry sauce, add near the end to glaze everything up!
Mix with mayo and use as a fried chicken or crispy wing dip.
Get some wings nice and crispy in the air fryer or bbq then toss in this epic sauce!
So many ways to use it, you'll start buying vats of it in no time!
