Tubby Tom's La Cucaracha - Juicy Jalapeno & Lime Fajita Seasoning

If you know me, you know I love citrus!

Everyone has fajitas, even Margaret down the street has fajitas. And now you can make fajitas that are way better than hers. Invite her round sometime, ask her to bring a bottle. See where the night takes you. Just remember to stock up on our breakfast condiments for the next morning ay ;-)

My favourite way to use this seasoning is;

1. Buy those salad bar crispy onions and dump some of this into the pot. Shake it and keep it on the side. The perfect zesty lil crunch for your home cooked mealses.
2. Chicken wings. Omg. Just oil and dust before grilling or air frying
3. Mix into mayo - perfect chip dipper.
4. Season up your guacamole with it - it adds that je ne sais quas.
5. Make fish tacos! I buy any old white fish fillets - usually basa. Dust them then gently air fry. Lay in tacos with pickled onions, radish, salad. You're welcome.
6. Stir into plain microwave rice for the ultimate zesty rice to go alongside, jerk, Mexican, Chinese, Indian, Glaswegian.
