Pinkus Extra is a heavily hopped, extra bitter pilsner. The hops come from ecologically managed Hallertau and Tettnang gardens. The care of the hop plants is guaranteed by Bioland hop farmers who have been familiar with organic farming for decades. In the brewery, the team use selected malts from German organic farming, according to traditional craftsmanship.
