Fresh outta the tubby kitchen, my new adobo style marinade. Using hickory smoked chipotle, lots of limes and garlic.
If you've ever eaten our 'tubby's tacos' at any events you'll have eaten this marinade!
I get excited about this sauce, it literally makes the best pulled chicken for tacos. Just marinade chicken thighs over night before cooking in the sauce, covered for 70% of the cook and uncover to crisp on top before shredding in the juice! Top with pink onions, guac, refried beans, black beans, coriander and a drizzle of pablo!
