Together with Pomona Island we made this beautiful Quadrupel a year and a half ago. We placed this beer in Buffalo Trace barrels for 16 months.
The special thing about this beer is that it has a very nice light and fresh acidity. What you can expect from this Barrel Project are sweet flavours of the Quadrupel in combination with the bourbon and a slightly vinous aftertaste.
