Lactobacillus and Brettanomyces. Dry hopped with 6 g/L Ernest & Goldings grown in Kent.
Zesty citrus fills the palate with vinous crispness, followed by the peachy fruitiness of Ernest and the spicy, herbal smoothness of Goldings. The lightness and refreshing yet complex finish make this beer a winner alone or with food
