Description
For the Oude Geuze, young lambic, aged for at least one year, and old lambic, aged for at least two years, are mixed according to the taste of the Geuze blender. Once in bottle, the final maturation phase follows. The result is a spontaneously fermented beer with a typical taste and beautiful foam head. This gueuze is also described as quite dry, bitter and relatively less acidic
