Together with 3 Sons we schemed this up…

Blended? We blended two beers aged in two different barrels together with a new batch of thick and sweet imperial stout… for this project the perfect match of deep caramel dried fruit barrel aged character, and fresh chocolate roasty notes and sweetness!

Bake Shop? Yes, it’s loaded with tonka beans, two origins of cinnamon, cardamom and home cooked caramelized sugar… on top of that, aged on a no shy amount of three origins of vanilla beans from Uganda, Madagascar and Papua New Guinea. The levels are perfectly balanced - nothing is too much, nothing is too little.

Expect this to be a real sipper with layers and layers of flavours and spices, sweet and sticky that surprises you throughout with balanced barrel character as well as roastiness from the fresh imperial stout.
