Description
Mixed berry crème brûlée mead.
Anders and Chad from the legendary Elmeleven made the journey from Malmö to Sande and went straight to work, tasting their way through every tank in the meadery.
Together, we landed on a blend of raspberry, cherry, and black currant meads. Separately fermented and blended with care, before being brûléeified with a top secret mix of caramelized sugar and three different vanilla varieties. It delivers a rich dessert character balanced by vibrant fruit and bright acidity.
