Mills Saison Wet Stone
Description
Saison Wet Stone is a single barrel bottling of three year old beer. It was brewed in March 2022 from a grist containing malted wheat, caramelised barley, and cane sugar. Large quantities of European and US hops were added during the boil to limit the acidity produced in the spontaneous fermentation. The finished beer was dry-hopped with whole leaf Celeia.
