Why not Citra – a lifeblood hop that has woven itself throughout our existence and is very much a foundation Polly’s is built on. How about some Galaxy? The Australian behemoth holds some of the highest hop oil content and proves time and time again why it remains one of the most sought-after hops in the world. Finally, why not some Azacca? A US variety we feel is massively underrated and accentuates the flavour profiles of other hops beautifully when employed with partner varieties.
Club Floral is a three way dance of these certified slammers and sings with a medley of huge mango and pineapple notes, complemented by passionfruit, peach and blueberry before spiky citrus notes keep things in check.
