For our 8th birthday we've taken the opportunity to work with some wonderful breweries.
With Makemake, we've created an IPA, experimenting with our fermentation profile and hop additions to create a thiol driven, ester heavy beer with heady stone fruit aromas. This edition uses Cryo Citra, Cryo Mosaic, Nectaron & Strata.
