Description
Karoo Gold is an easy drinking grisette brewed with rooibos tea and open fermented with a blend of saison strains.
Prior to packaging, lemons were zested and juiced and added to a strong rooibos tea with enough golden cane sugar to carbonate the beer in bottle and keg.
The nutty, vanilla like subtle notes of the tea are complimented by firm full lemon flavour and the expressive yeasts.
