Description
Schramm’s Apple Crisp is a spiced cyser and a celebration of Michigan fall days. We utilize locally sourced apple cider and ferment it in small batches with its own yeast. Pleasant notes of cinnamon, nutmeg and a hint of madagascar vanilla bean are added to compliment without overpowering the pure flavor of delicious Michigan apples. This mead will pair wonderfully with any savory roast or grilled pork dish, as well as a multitude of desserts, or can be served warm with a splash of whiskey & a cinnamon stick for a delicious fall treat. This is a glass of fall served in your grandmother’s kitchen, when the apple crisp came straight out of the oven.
