Vintage 2023 Dry Cider, bottle conditioned.
Orchard blend from Lower Porthamel farm, just 20 steps from our production site. This is an acid-driven cider made with a combination of different Welsh Heritage eating and cooking apples. Aged in it's own lees for an extra 3 months. Our approach to northern Spanish ciders!
Wild fermented, no added sulphites. All our ciders are made with 100% apple juice.
Unfiltered, unfined, vegan friendly.
